Welcome to Goodypools. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Goodypools platform operated by GoodyInt. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Goodypools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

Service Description

Goodypools is a free entertainment platform that provides tools for organizing and managing Super Bowl squares pools. Our platform allows users to create pools, invite participants, manage grid squares, and track game results. Goodypools does not handle any monetary transactions, payments, or gambling activities. Any financial arrangements between pool participants are made entirely outside of our platform and are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

User Accounts

To use certain features of Goodypools, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use automated means to access the platform without our permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

GOODYPOOLS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODYINT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN POOL PARTICIPANTS; (C) ANY FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS OR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS; (D) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA LOSS; (E) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; OR (F) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoodyInt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any financial arrangements you make with other pool participants.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
